ALL ORDERS

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. If a product happens to be unavailable at the time of your online purchase, we will contact you via email to notify you of its expectant date.

You, the customer, reserve the right to omit that product from your total order. Venom Emilio will credit your method of payment to reflect the correct price of the unavailable product.

IN STORE PICK-UP

You are welcome to select the store pick up option when you order online. Pickup address is 307 Lygon St, Brunswick East Vic 3057.

PRE-ORDERS

Preordered item(s) will be dispatched once they arrive at Venom Emilio.

Please refer to the description of the item on our website to see the approximate delivery window. Please keep in mind the date provided is an estimated date and the item may arrive earlier or later than anticipated.

All items ordered together will be held and shipped together once the pre-ordered item(s) is available. If you require items that are not on pre-order to be shipped earlier, please place separate orders.

Please take care when processing your order as all pre-orders are final – no additional items can be added to the order and order cannot be cancelled or edited before delivery. 

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for any additional costs. These costs will be charged through the courier service, and the order can only be received once payment is made.
• Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused, the cost of the original and return shipping will be charged to the customer and deducted from any potential refund.
• Thresholds for Imported Goods: Some countries may have a minimum threshold for imported goods. For larger orders, we recommend checking these requirements with your local customs office.
